Introducing a New Partner
Base4 is excited to announce a new partner, Amr Gawad, who is based in Orlando and will be leading the Base4 civil engineering department. Amr is a licensed professional civil engineer (PE) with over 30 years of experience in land development for projects around the world. Originally from Egypt and having been a Florida resident for the past 25 years, Amr is fluent in dealing with both US and international land and project development challenges.
Amr’s experience ranges from the due diligence stage through permitting and entitlements. We are looking forward to the breadth of experience Amr has brought to our team and the extended land development services we can now offer our clients.
