With the increase of hotel projects in the last few months, we kept a close eye on what is happening in the hospitality industry. Today, we discuss the latest talk for hotel developers—the apartment-style hotel brand, stayAPT Suites.
stayAPT Suites: Redefining Long-Term Lodging
This brand was launched in 2020, and it has already opened five hotels across the southern US region. Another five hotels will open this fall, and an additional eight locations are currently under construction.
25+ stayAPT Suites hotels are expected to open by the end of 2022.
stayAPT Suites—Apartment-Style Hotel
- 500+ square feet of living space
- Full-size kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom
- Designed for business travel, relocation, and leisure
- Plenty of “white space” (availability in large, medium, or tertiary markets)
- Efficient land usage (ideal site ranges from 1.8-2.1 acres)

A Great Design
Purpose-built for broad appeal to traveling professionals, project-based workers seeking greater mobility, and transitional housing customers. stayAPT Suites boasts open-concept living with a full-size kitchen. It has a separate spacious bedroom with a walk-in closet, a king bed or double queen beds, and a work area.
