As hotel designers, we love to see months of design coordination come together. While getting creative with prototypes can be thrilling, some projects are really a highlight of our design portfolio—here’s one of our standout projects. (This Hyatt Place in Jacksonville also made the cut!)
In the summer of 2015, we were awarded one of our most interesting projects.
The owner wanted to develop a Hampton Inn & Suites in the central Washington village of Leavenworth. Leavenworth is distinctively different than most other destinations thanks to its Bavarian-style architecture and skier-friendly landscape. This location offered a unique opportunity for us to get creative!
The 4-story, 100-room Hampton Inn & Suites combines the charms of Bavarian architecture with the quality of modern facilities. Undoubtedly one of our most beautiful jobsites, the property looks like something out of a movie, surrounded by majestic mountains and towering pine trees.
Since the owner had specific ideas about the placement of the property, my colleague Blair and I personally took care to get it all right. Collaborating with a Bavarian-style architectural specialist made it an even more memorable and creative design experience.
Our team’s relentless dedication produced some impressive results! Cheers to everyone involved and congratulations to our friends at BMI and Hilton for this one-of-a-kind hotel!
Thank you,
